That’s what we’ll get from George Tenet, I believe. I don’t think that he’ll speak about what he’s seen during his tenure, and if he does, it will be in the most saccharine, general terms possible. CIA directors, after all, don’t have a reputation for writing “tell-all” memoirs (cf. gentlemen like Bill Colby, Rich Gates, and Richard Helms).
Still, the question remains: why now? That’s what’s intriguing me.
